Most Common Questions
You can send BEY a request for weddings, birthdays, photoshoots, music videos, proposals, corporate gatherings and other private events. Describe how the vehicle will be used, especially for filming or a static display. The exact car, dates and intended use are reviewed before reservation.
The quote depends on the vehicle, rental dates and duration, intended use and any delivery request. BEY publishes daily rates and vehicle-specific minimums on the fleet pages. A short appearance does not automatically mean an hourly rate. Ask for the complete quote, including the deposit and any delivery fee. View published daily rates
You can request a parked vehicle for a shoot. Include the location, time on set, camera equipment and whether anyone needs to reposition the car. BEY reviews that setup with the vehicle request; stationary use does not automatically waive the rental minimum or other requirements.
Delivery can be requested within Miami-Dade County. Send the venue’s vehicle entrance, ceremony time, photo window and return plan. BEY confirms the car, access, timing and any delivery charge with the quote. A hotel lobby address alone may not identify the right handoff point.
Send photos or a description of the decorations before making plans around them. Include how flowers, ribbons or signs would attach to the car so BEY can review the request for that vehicle. Wait for approval before attaching anything.
The occasion does not change the driver requirements. BEY’s Miami policy requires a driver aged 18 or older, a valid licence and full-coverage auto insurance. Final eligibility is checked before reservation. Include who will drive, even if someone else is arranging or attending the event. Read the rental requirements
The inquiry is for the vehicle. A chauffeur, photographer or production crew is not confirmed through this form. If your event depends on a driver or on-set help, include that in your message so the arrangements can be discussed before you rely on them.
Permit requirements depend on the municipality, property and production setup. Check with Film Miami or the relevant local film office before fixing your location. A vehicle rental does not reserve public parking or provide filming permission; the rental request and location arrangements need to be handled together.
