Insurance requirements
Personal auto policy requirements are vehicle-specific. Review the exact listing's published terms. Cars marked as requiring a personal policy need full-coverage auto insurance that BEY verifies before reservation. Cars marked as not requiring a personal policy remain subject to driver approval and separately quoted coverage; BEY confirms coverage details, charges and renter responsibility before reservation.
Security deposit
Deposits currently run $500 to $2,000 depending on the vehicle. The exact amount is shown on each car's page and is confirmed in writing before payment.
Deposit collection and return
The security deposit is collected at the rental handoff and returned within 1 week after the rental. A full deposit refund applies when the car is returned in the same condition, including the body, interior, exterior, rims and fuel, and within the agreed mileage. Confirm the accepted payment method and any return issue with BEY in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
For a refund on a rental paid in full, notify BEY at least 3 days before the rental day. Confirm the terms for any other payment situation with BEY before paying.
Changing the vehicle
Request a vehicle switch at least 3 days before the rental day. A replacement vehicle is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Mileage and returns
Each vehicle page publishes its included daily mileage and additional-mile rate. One-way rentals are not offered.
Long-rental discounts
15% off rentals of 7 to 29 days and 30% off rentals of 30 days or more. The applicable discount is shown in the date-based estimate and confirmed with the quote.
Dates and delivery
Send pickup and return dates plus the preferred handoff area. Delivery requests are available within Miami-Dade County. Timing, availability, and any fee are confirmed with the quote.
Payment and confirmation
Nothing is reserved until the vehicle, dates, total, deposit and delivery are confirmed together. Rates shown on the site are the current published rates, not a held quote.
