This page documents the website’s current data flow. The final legal entity, retention schedule, and privacy contact still require owner review, so this page remains excluded from search publication.
Inquiry information
An availability inquiry may include contact details, requested dates, a selected market or vehicle, delivery notes, and attribution information. The site sends that information to the BEY booking recipient and may email the customer a confirmation. An inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to review the requested vehicle and dates, respond to the customer, confirm eligibility and terms, and understand which page or campaign produced the request. It is not used to create an automatic reservation or charge.
Configuration status
The production website is configured to send requests through the BEY inquiry endpoint. It validates, rate-limits, and deduplicates requests before using the hosting provider’s mail service. No third-party analytics container is enabled in this build.
Retention and contact
Inquiry emails are retained in the booking workflow until an approved retention schedule is documented. Privacy or deletion requests can be sent to book@beyrentals.com until a separate privacy contact is approved.
Private operational data
Supplier references, internal costs, owner details, revenue arrangements, and internal notes belong in server-only systems and must never be included in public frontend payloads.
