What does BEY handle?
BEY manages the listing, marketing, bookings, renter coordination, payments, contracts, security deposits, delivery, returns and cleaning. We also confirm the coverage needed for each rental.
What am I responsible for as the owner?
You remain responsible for vehicle maintenance and keeping your vehicle insured. BEY manages the rental operation.
How does rental insurance work?
Rental-period coverage uses the renter’s insurance or BEY’s insurance provider, as applicable. BEY confirms the requirements and applicable terms before the rental. Your own vehicle insurance remains required for protection while the car is not rented and as an additional layer of protection, subject to its policy terms. It is separate from the rental-period coverage arrangement.
Can I list more than one car?
Yes. Owners and rental companies can apply with one car or a fleet. Share the first vehicle and your total vehicle count so BEY can review the arrangement with you.
What are the earnings and fees?
BEY discusses the commercial arrangement with you privately before a vehicle is listed. Earnings depend on the vehicle, the agreed terms and completed rentals.
Will my car be listed as soon as I apply?
BEY reviews each application and confirms the vehicle, documentation and arrangement with you first. An application does not automatically publish a listing or guarantee rental income.
