Describe your private celebration
Choose a BEY luxury or exotic car for a Miami anniversary, private dinner or family celebration. Match the vehicle to the guests and setting, then tell us whether it is for an arrival, photographs or a display.
Plan the arrival or the display
The dark green Urus S adds color to a display, while the two-tone Maybach gives arrival photographs a more formal setting. Think about where passengers step out and where guests gather. The car’s position should leave room for people, photography and any planned equipment.
Check the property before the event day
Check gates, driveways and parking with the property contact. If the car stays during the celebration, identify who can access or move it. Include the intended finish and return in your request so the evening has a workable handoff plan.
Include in your inquiry
- Occasion, date, property and access contact.
- Preferred car, passengers and arrival or display use.
- Driver, decorations, rental dates and return.
Most Common Questions
Request the display position, duration and intended guest interaction. BEY reviews that use for the selected car. Private property does not remove the rental requirements or automatically allow guests to enter or move the vehicle.
The quote depends on the car, dates, rental length and arrangements. Compare published rates and minimums, then ask about the deposit and delivery. Decorations, catering and entertainment are separate from this vehicle inquiry.
Include the expected finish when requesting the rental. Arrange a return or handoff and a place for the car to remain until then. A late celebration does not automatically include after-hours collection.
