BEY accepts vehicle inquiries for hotel weddings, birthday dinners, nightlife plans and private celebrations in South Beach. Tell us the date, hotel or venue, passenger count and preferred car. Availability and the rental arrangements need confirmation before you make the car part of a fixed schedule.
South Beach falls within BEY’s Miami-Dade delivery request area. Ask the hotel which vehicle entrance to use and whether valet, ramp access or garage clearance needs checking. Send that information with your requested arrival time. Delivery timing, access and any fee are confirmed with the quote.
Share the proposed location and explain whether the car would remain parked or move during filming. You will need to check vehicle access, a legal parking position and any property or City of Miami Beach permissions. BEY’s published terms use daily rates and individual vehicle minimums. A brief hotel arrival or photo session does not convert those terms into an hourly package. Send the appearance window and the full time you need the vehicle so the team can review your request.
Send the number of passengers and how much luggage the group will carry. Seating and luggage space vary by vehicle, so a two-person car and a group SUV suit different plans. If you need several vehicles, list them in the same inquiry; each car’s availability and driver arrangements need confirmation.
Choose the proposal time and a permitted meeting point for the car, then allow time for arrival and photographs. If the moment is near South Pointe or the beach, plan where the vehicle will stay while you walk. Do not assume a car can enter a park or pedestrian area.
Send the production or display plan for review, including the address, time on site, equipment and any driving or repositioning. For a hotel brand event, identify the load-in entrance and where the car would stand. BEY needs those details before confirming the vehicle’s intended use.
Include the expected finish time and your return plan in the initial message. BEY must confirm the handoff arrangements; an evening event does not automatically include after-hours collection. One-way rentals are not offered, so discuss the return location before agreeing to the rental.
BEY reviews the vehicle, dates, planned use, driver eligibility and complete rental quote before reservation. Send the rental start and return times along with the exact address.
