Plan a usable space around the car
Check that the location has room for the car, open doors and photography equipment. Tell BEY about repositioning or anything attached to the vehicle. Commercial shoots also need the relevant property and filming permissions arranged separately from the rental.

You can request a parked setup. Explain who will access or reposition the car and how long it stays on site. BEY reviews the use; stationary photography does not automatically remove driver, insurance or rental requirements.
