Start with the days when the car has to do the most
A two-week rental is different from choosing a car for one dinner. Think about the airport arrival with every bag, the longest planned drive, the passengers who will ride most often and the place where the car will be parked each night. A car that works beautifully for one outing may be awkward for that whole schedule.

Pick the cabin that fits a normal day
For a smaller group that wants a sedan, start with the black-on-black 2023 Mercedes-Benz S580. It has five listed seats, including the driver, and four doors. BEY lists its Executive, AMG and Night packages and rear-wheel steering; ask about any particular feature you expect to use rather than relying on a package name alone.
For up to seven occupants, including the driver, look at the black 2024 Cadillac Escalade. The Urus S, G 63, Maybach GLS 600 and both GLE 53 listings each have five confirmed seats. A five-seat SUV does not carry five passengers plus a driver. If several people will ride together, count everyone before deciding on styling.
Seat count does not tell you how many suitcases fit while those seats are occupied. Send the number and outside dimensions of every large bag, plus strollers or equipment cases. Ask BEY to check the load against the exact car with the seats you need still available.

Put mileage and parking into the same conversation
Tell BEY how you expect to use the car across the full stay, not just on the first day. If you will drive between Miami and another city, include that route and any likely repeat trips. The included mileage and additional-mile rate for a long-term request are confirmed in the quote; do not assume the daily-page allowance automatically becomes your two-week allowance.
Check the garage or valet rules where you will keep the car. If you need delivery, give the exact handoff address and access instructions. BEY confirms the meeting point, timing and any delivery fee for the request. An airport name or hotel name by itself is not a completed handoff plan.

Compare written quotes for the same 14 days
Send the same start and return times, expected mileage and handoff addresses for each car you are considering. Ask for the rental charge, separate security deposit, mileage allowance and additional-mile rate, any coverage charge, taxes, delivery and return arrangements, and what happens if the trip runs longer. Comparing a daily rate on one page with a complete quote for another car will give you the wrong answer.
Driver and coverage requirements depend on the exact vehicle. For example, the S580 can be requested without a personal auto policy by a driver 18 or older with a valid licence, but coverage is quoted separately and its details are confirmed directly. Do not carry that exception over to another Mercedes or SUV. Ask BEY to review the named driver and car before treating any option as eligible.

What is the minimum for a long-term rental request?
BEY's long-term collection starts at 14 days. A shorter trip may qualify under an individual car's regular rental minimum, subject to availability and its own terms.
Can I extend the same car after two weeks?
Ask before the agreed return time. Extra days, price and continued availability need confirmation; an extension is not automatic.
