Start with one rental plan
Send each provider the same pickup and return dates, exact times, driver details and estimated mileage. Name the actual car or ask the provider to identify it. A quote for a particular Corvette trim and a quote for an unspecified Corvette can leave you comparing different vehicles.
Include both handoff locations. For a hotel stay, send the property name and address; for a flight, give the arrival details and ask where the handoff would take place. BEY accepts delivery requests within Miami-Dade County and confirms timing, availability and any charge with the quote. One-way rentals are not offered.
Check the Miami rental requirements before choosing a car. Most listings require personal full-coverage insurance; certain cars can be requested without a personal policy, subject to approval and separately quoted coverage. The minimum driver age also depends on the exact car.

Keep the deposit beside the rental total
A security deposit changes the amount you need available, so include it in your budget. Track it separately from the rental charge because its return depends on the agreed conditions. Ask whether the deposit is collected or held, which method is accepted and when it is due.
BEY’s current policy says the security deposit is collected at handoff and returned within one week after the rental. A full return requires the car to come back in the same condition, including the body, interior, exterior, rims and fuel, and within the agreed mileage. Confirm the accepted payment method and any return issue in writing.
Use the vehicle-specific security deposit guide to check the amount for your chosen car. A published daily rate alone does not tell you the deposit or the total amount required for the rental.
A lower daily rate can cost more on your route
Consider an illustrative two-day rental covering 260 miles. The two Miami Corvettes below each include 100 miles per day, giving this example 200 included miles and 60 additional miles. Both meet their one-day published minimum. Their additional-mile rates differ.
The figures use BEY’s published terms checked October 24, 2026. The comparison includes only base rent and the estimated additional mileage. It excludes taxes, delivery, coverage and any other quoted charges; the deposit appears in its own column. It is a calculation example, not an availability offer or a complete quote.

Confirm coverage and the minimum rental period
A no-personal-policy option still needs a coverage conversation. Ask which coverage is included or required, what it costs, what documents are needed and what responsibility remains with the renter. Do not assume your age, a credit card benefit or another person’s policy approves you for a particular car.
Check which cars have a one-day minimum if you only need a short rental. A daily rate on a two-day-minimum car must be multiplied by at least two before you compare it with a one-day option. Set the actual handoff hours with BEY rather than assuming the daily label defines a flexible return window.
For a longer stay, ask for the discount to appear as its own calculation. BEY currently publishes 15% off rentals of 7 to 29 days and 30% off rentals of 30 days or more. The date-based estimate shows the applicable discount, and the team confirms it with the quote.
Send the details that make a quote usable
A useful request can be short: “I’m interested in [exact car] from [pickup date and time] to [return date and time], with handoff at [address]. The driver is [age], the insurance situation is [details], and we expect about [miles]. Please confirm availability, the itemized rental total and the separate deposit.”
Ask about cancellation and changes before paying. Under BEY’s current policy, a rental paid in full qualifies for a refund when BEY receives notice at least three days before the rental day. Other payment situations need their own written terms. A requested vehicle switch also needs at least three days’ notice and depends on availability.
