Miami Art Week Exotic Car Rental Guide: Choose the Car, Then Plan the Handoff

Start with the event calendar, not a car photo

Greater Miami's visitor bureau lists Miami Art Week 2026 for November 30 through December 6. Art Basel Miami Beach is one fair within that wider week. Check the official schedule for the exhibitions and dinners you will actually attend, then give BEY the dates and pickup and return hours that cover your travel between them. A fair ticket, event admission or parking space is not part of a vehicle rental.

Choose the exact car for the people traveling

The white 2024 Ferrari SF90 Stradale and white 2019 Lamborghini Huracán Spyder have two seats, including the driver. Pick between a fixed-roof Ferrari and an open-top Lamborghini only after checking luggage and the route. Neither car works for a third occupant. The green 2024 Urus S and two-tone 2023 Maybach GLS 600 each list five seats if other people need to ride with you.

The SF90 is a focused two-person choice with a 50-mile daily allowance. The Huracán Spyder has an open roof and 100 included miles per day, but requires at least two rental days. The Urus S has a one-day minimum, while the Maybach requires two days. Send BEY the passenger count and bag dimensions rather than assuming an SUV will hold every suitcase.

Build the quote from hours and miles

BEY's published daily rates are a starting point, checked September 25, 2026. The minimum rental period, security deposit and included miles belong to the exact car. A schedule that begins on Thursday and ends on Sunday must be quoted from the actual hours; multiplying a daily rate by an assumed number of calendar dates can be wrong.

The SF90 includes 50 miles per rental day. The other three cars shown here include 100. Each lists $5 for an additional mile. Add the hotel, fair, restaurant, airport and return legs to estimate mileage. Ask for any delivery, coverage, taxes and other applicable charges in the complete quote rather than treating the advertised rate as an all-in event price.

Arrange the hotel and venue handoffs

Give BEY the property's name, a permitted meeting area and a time when the named driver can inspect the car. Check the hotel or garage's access, height, ramp and valet rules yourself. A vehicle rental does not grant a parking space at a fair or permission to stage the car at an entrance for photographs.

If you need the car for a photo session, brand activation or static display, describe that use in the inquiry. BEY must confirm whether the specific use, location and insurance arrangement are acceptable. Do not assume that a normal self-drive quote includes commercial production access or a driver.

Confirm the driver and coverage before making plans around the car

BEY accepts rental requests from drivers 18 or older with a valid license, subject to approval for the exact vehicle. The green Urus S may be requested without a personal auto policy; coverage is quoted separately and details are confirmed directly. Do not apply that exception to the SF90, Huracán or Maybach. Ask what insurance documentation each named driver needs before the planned handoff.
