Where GTA 6 meets real Miami
For a GTA 6-inspired day in Miami, start with Ocean Drive and Lummus Park, walk South Pointe, cross Biscayne Bay and finish in Wynwood. The strongest documented game connection on this route is Wynwood Walls: the museum identifies GTA VI’s Stockyard area as inspired by its campus.
Rockstar currently lists November 19, 2026 as GTA VI’s release date. The game takes place in fictional Vice City and Leonida. Our route combines a documented game connection with real Miami places you can visit; the parks and individual buildings below are itinerary suggestions, rather than a confirmed one-to-one game map.
This is an independent BEY visitor guide. Choose it for an actual Miami day: architecture and beachfront walking on Miami Beach, a bay crossing, then Downtown and street art on the mainland.
The Miami route at a glance
Start on Miami Beach, then work toward the mainland so you finish in Wynwood. Treat this as a half-day outing with time to park and walk, rather than a promise about driving time. If your hotel is Downtown, you can reverse the sequence after checking museum hours.
Open the stops in Google Maps to plan from your actual starting point. The route link connects visitor destinations; choose a legal parking facility near each stop before you leave. Navigation may change the crossing or approach for current traffic and closures.
| Order | Place | How to visit |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ocean Drive and Lummus Park | Park nearby and walk the Art Deco street and beachfront. |
| 2 | South Pointe Park | Use permitted parking, then continue on foot. |
| 3 | MacArthur Causeway | A driving segment across the bay; continue to your next parking stop. |
| 4 | Bayfront Park, Downtown | Park nearby and take a waterfront walk. |
| 5 | Wynwood Walls and the surrounding neighborhood | Park once, check admission and explore on foot. |
Ocean Drive and Lummus Park: Art Deco and the beach
Ocean Drive is the place for the pastel architecture, hotel signs and palms that many visitors associate with Miami. Pair the street with Lummus Park instead of making repeated driving passes. The city places the park between Ocean Drive and the Atlantic, from 5 Street to 14 Place, with paved paths and beach access.
For parking, the Miami Design Preservation League points visitors to municipal facilities including the 7th Street garage between Washington and Collins. Pick a garage first and walk to the beachfront. The city describes Ocean Drive parking as restricted; follow current signs and avoid building your plan around a particular curb space.
Come for the buildings and a beach walk. If you want photographs of your rental, arrange a lawful place to park separately. A sidewalk view of a hotel does not establish permission to place a car in its entrance or valet lane.
South Pointe Park and the MacArthur crossing
South Pointe Park gives you a second waterfront stop at the southern end of Miami Beach. The city lists the address as 1 Washington Avenue, with paid parking and public restrooms. Its published park hours are sunrise to sunset, so put this part of the route in daylight and check access before traveling.
Leave the car in a permitted space and walk into the park. This part of the day works well when you want a change from Ocean Drive’s storefronts and traffic. Keep the park visit separate from any car-photo setup; the itinerary does not provide vehicle access to pedestrian areas.
Use the MacArthur Causeway for the bay crossing when current navigation routes you that way. Miami Beach’s official directions identify it as the I-395 approach that becomes Fifth Street on the beach side. Enjoy the view from the car and continue to your next parking destination; the bridge shoulder is not a photo stop. Our Miami scenic drives guide covers other routes if you want a longer drive on a different day.
Bayfront Park: a Downtown waterfront stop
Bayfront Park, at 301 Biscayne Boulevard, puts you on the Downtown side of the bay for a waterfront walk. It changes the backdrop from Miami Beach’s low-rise hotel strip to the mainland city. Choose parking before reaching the park, then explore on foot.
Keep this stop flexible if the park has an event or an area is closed. A destination pin marks the place you want to visit, not a reserved parking space. If your hotel is in Brickell, consider ending a separate drive there rather than adding another neighborhood to an already full day.
Wynwood Walls: the documented GTA VI connection
Wynwood Walls’ October 13 announcement describes a Rockstar Games partnership and says GTA VI includes Stockyard, an area inspired by the museum. It also announces ten murals featuring artwork commissioned for the game. Tristan Eaton’s mural is on the museum campus, with the others around the Wynwood neighborhood. That distinction matters when you plan what you expect to see inside one venue.
The museum currently lists its address as 2516 NW 2nd Avenue and points drivers to Wynwood Garage at 311 NW 26th Street. Its posted hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with doors closing 30 minutes before closing. Check the venue’s current hours and directions before arranging the rest of your day around a late arrival.
Admission depends on who is visiting. The venue’s current resident program offers free entry to eligible Miami-Dade residents through its membership process and ID check; visitors from outside the county follow standard ticket pricing. Check the official admission information rather than assuming a rental-car booking includes museum entry.
Choose a car that fits the people and the stops
Choose the car after counting passengers and bags. A low, two-seat car can suit a couple traveling light, but repeated parking ramps and a hotel change with luggage ask different things of the rental. Send those details before deciding from a photograph.
BEY’s red Corvette C8 2LT is a two-seat option with a published one-day minimum. The white Huracán Spyder is a two-seat, open-top option with a two-day minimum. The Urus S is the SUV alternative to compare when passenger access or luggage changes the plan. Check the exact listing for the current rate, deposit, mileage and driver requirements.
For an open-top trip, compare the exact Miami convertibles and ask the parking operator about ramp clearance, vehicle dimensions and valet arrangements. Add the hotel, meals and return handoff to the route before checking the car’s mileage allowance.
Send your dates and route to BEY
Browse the Miami fleet, then send BEY your exact car, pickup and return dates and times, driver’s age, passenger and bag count, and meeting address. Include the route if you want help checking it against the car’s mileage terms. Read the Miami rental requirements before submitting the request.
Request availability for your Miami visit. BEY will confirm the exact vehicle, eligible driver, coverage, handoff, any delivery charge and complete quote. An inquiry does not take payment, hold a car or create a reservation. Museum tickets and parking are arranged separately.
