Published 18+ eligibility
BEY accepts requests from age 18 and reviews the driver and vehicle before approval. Pugachev's general policy lists 25+, while inviting younger renters to inquire, as of October 3, 2026. A younger-driver inquiry is not a published guarantee that the selected car will be approved.
BEY's selected no-personal-policy cars offer a defined route to a coverage quote. Pugachev's policy requires transferable collision, comprehensive and liability coverage and also mentions American Express Premium Insurance as a possible primary policy, as of October 3, 2026. The actual arrangement still needs confirmation. Submit every proposed driver and confirm the coverage details for the named BEY vehicle.
A named deposit and a one-day minimum
BEY publishes the security amount for each example before the request: $500 for the white C8, $750 for the black S580 and $1,000 for the green Urus S. Pugachev publishes a $500–$2,000 range with individual confirmation as of October 3, 2026. Its range does not establish a deposit above BEY's for every car, so no universal deposit saving is claimed.
Each named BEY example has a one-day minimum. Pugachev's general weekend policy lists two days as of October 3, 2026. Send the actual pickup and return hours so BEY can confirm the rental period and availability.
For a single rental day, the white C8 carries a $500 deposit and includes 100 miles. The black S580's corresponding figures are $750 and 100 miles; each earlier white, grey or Pearl Capsule Urus lists $1,000 and 100 miles. These are different vehicles with different security requirements. A shorter requested period should be confirmed as a one-day rental in the offer, rather than inferred from a calendar date or from another provider's weekend wording.

All ten BEY entries below have a one-day minimum and a no-personal-policy option. The red 1LT is restricted to drivers 21+, while the other nine accept 18+ inquiries. The three earlier Uruses joined this group following BEY's October 3, 2026 confirmation. Bring a valid license and obtain the coverage charge and remaining responsibility for the approved driver before reserving.
