The meeting point and any delivery arrangement require confirmation for the exact car and dates. BEY has no terminal rental counter and does not promise unrestricted curbside or airside access. Use the instructions agreed with BEY and the airport before traveling to a meeting point.

Send the exact car, dates, flight or visit details, arrival location, passenger count, bag sizes and the return plan. For a controlled facility, obtain the host's permitted access instructions. BEY confirms the meeting arrangements and any associated charge before reservation.

The form sends an inquiry receipt and takes no payment. BEY must confirm the exact vehicle and dates, driver approval, coverage, handoff, return and complete written quote before a reservation exists.

Contact BEY directly with the updated details. A schedule or terminal change does not automatically amend the agreed rental or authorize a different meeting place. The team confirms any revised timing, access and applicable charges.

Send the flight and the terminal details together

Include the airline, flight number, travel date and terminal or aviation facility if known. A scheduled landing time is the start of the arrival process, not a promise that you will be ready to inspect a car at that moment. Tell BEY about checked baggage and any connection or meeting that affects the first drive.

Wait for a specific meeting point and instructions before leaving the terminal for the rental. BEY does not operate a LAX terminal rental counter or promise unrestricted curbside delivery. The team confirms whether the requested handoff can be arranged and how you should reach the agreed location.

Choose the LA car around passengers and bags

Compare the actual photographed LA vehicles rather than requesting an unspecified sports car or SUV. A Corvette or Ferrari is a different luggage and passenger plan from a Urus, G 63 or Mercedes sedan. Send the number of people and the size of the bags so BEY can discuss the exact unit before the arrival.

The LA listings have their own deposits, minimum rental periods, mileage rates and insurance requirements. Review the selected car's term sheet, including any separately quoted coverage. A one-evening visit does not override a longer minimum on the vehicle you choose.

Agree the return separately from your departure flight

Name the return date, time and proposed meeting address when requesting the initial handoff. Leave room for inspection before airline check-in and security. Airport operating rules and the availability of a permitted meeting area still apply when the rental ends.

Flight changes, late baggage or a revised terminal should be communicated to BEY directly. They do not automatically change the rental schedule or create an unapproved curbside appointment. The team confirms the exact car, eligible driver, handoff, return and complete written quote before reservation; the online request collects no payment.
