For Palo Alto meetings, start with how the S680's rear cabin will be used and which bags need to accompany the passengers. The Night Series car has its own gallery and separate security deposit. Have BEY confirm its actual seating arrangement rather than assigning a standard S-Class seat count to this unit.
Plan this car for Palo Alto
Give the accommodation or host-approved vehicle entrance with the requested dates. If the day moves between downtown Palo Alto and California Avenue, plan the parking at each stop and include both journeys in the distance estimate. The written quote should cover the rental period and agreed return as well as the first arrival.
Downtown Palo Alto and the California Avenue business district have separate parking facilities and visitor information. Name the actual property and district when planning a stay. A restaurant or appointment address may identify where you are going, while the rental still needs an agreed place for inspection and handoff.
If the itinerary includes several Peninsula appointments, estimate the distance between all of them, plus receiving and returning the car. A hotel stay does not mean the car will only make local journeys. Share both the passenger plan and the time you need to leave after the vehicle has been checked.
Night Series, 1-of-1 specification
This listing is for the S680 sedan shown in the gallery, with its matte finish, upright Mercedes hood star and Maybach grille and pillar emblems. Night Series and the 1-of-1 specification identify this offered car. Include your passenger and luggage requirements when requesting dates.
Daily rate, deposit and mileage
The minimum rental is 1 day. The current daily rate is $1,250, reduced from $1,375. The $2,500 security deposit is separate from the rental price. Each rental day includes 100 miles; additional driving costs $4 per mile. Twenty-five extra miles would add $100.
