Choose the Berkeley destination before the parking
A university visit, a downtown appointment and a stay near another part of Berkeley need different destination details. For a campus tour, use the current instructions from UC Berkeley Visitor Services and your tour confirmation. A generic campus pin can lead to a different entrance from the one your visit requires.
Think about how long the car will be parked while you are on foot. That time belongs in the rental period, while later trips to Oakland, San Francisco or the Peninsula add to driving distance. Explain the whole stay and the passengers traveling between its stops before selecting a body style.
Keep university access and the rental agreement separate

Check parking access for the exact SUV or sedan and allow time between receiving it and the visit's start. Give the return place and time during the same discussion. Campus event schedules or a change of meeting location do not automatically change the rental arrangement BEY has confirmed.
