Start the Atherton plan with the host's instructions
A residence visit and an event at Holbrook-Palmer Park have different hosts and access arrangements. Give BEY the actual destination and the entrance approved for a vehicle, rather than a general Atherton location. A venue address identifies the visit; it does not automatically provide a rental inspection or key-handoff area.
Decide who will meet the car, who intends to drive and where the vehicle will be kept between journeys. If guests will travel to Menlo Park or Redwood City during the stay, include those movements in the mileage estimate. Review the SUV and sedan around the full party and bag plan.
Agree the driveway, meeting time and return access
For an Atherton residence, send the complete address and visitor driveway instructions. Explain any gate, turning or parking restriction the host provides, and agree a place where the condition inspection can be completed. Keep private security codes within the direct method arranged by the booking team.
For an event, allow the rental meeting its own time before the guest arrival. Confirm access at the end of the stay as well, particularly if a different person will be present for the return. The SUV collection includes the Escalade ESV, Urus Performante, G63, Range Rover, Lyriq and Cybertruck. Compare the S550, S580, BMW 740i, Rolls-Royce Ghost or Maybach S680 Night Series for a sedan.
